"Women" Word Most of the time Neglected

"Women" Word which at the times Unrespected

"Women" Word Ever Recognized by Society and Family

"Women" Word Mostly dominated by Men

"Women" Word Used to treat them underprivileged

"Women" treated as a machine to work for 24/7

The "Women" Word used to treat her as flesh to fulfill the desires of other persons.

"Women" the word to suppress her happiness desire's and feelings till the end of her life

"Women" are only meant for sacrifice

"Women" are most vulnerable to questions

"Women Empowerment" Word used to give equal importance to Men..!!!!

Women Empowerment got felt strongly around the 1970s, in which the issues such as the feminization of extrema poverty and disparities in politics, education, and wealth, yet 2 Decades passed by but Women Empowerment is not achieved, continuity of brutal cases, Domestic Violence, Harassment make it evident to make efforts to achieve Women Empowerment.

Now we are in the 21st Century and we should fight for our rights. We all women of Nation India need to come together to achieve "Women Empower". Women in this modern world represent one half of human capital, who rapidly accept all responsibilities needed to make a monetary contribution to the family, in Household management bringing up the children looking after their education, health needs keeping aside her health, pleasures, and desires.

Women are multi-talented and multi-tasking efficient people to manage every key role given to them in the Society.

IF YOU WANT SOMETHING SAID ASK A MAN.IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE ASK A WOMEN.

Women of the 21st Century have proved themselves all the fields. Most eminent personalities in India had proved they are not unequal then men although they proved themselves to be efficient they face discrimination for being women, in society, family, workplace, and relationships. Women are not given the freedom to spend their earnings according to there will, women are psychologically, Physically, Emotionally, socially treated to depend upon the next head of the family. They are not allowed to take decisions about their career, studies, Cloths, and friends. women are not only answerable, accountable to their own family but also the society.

It's Saddening to know that a Country where umpteen number of goddesses are worshiped but the love affair is suicidal for women, females are raped and girl children are raped even Old age women also being raped in this society. Acid attacks, honor killing here are some of the images I have posted bellow

Women are not allowed to go out after 6 PM when they reach puberty. A woman can't laugh loud, A women can't walk alone, A women can't be independent in choosing her life partner, Women can't attain the highest potions without sending herself into the bedroom forcedly, Women can't make money with hard work and dedication, Women can't define herself to be an achiever, women can't speak over the phone when she is in the society, women can't speak to the man at the workplace, Women need to fight every minute of her life to be Empowered.

According to a survey agency of United Nation, nearly 50% of the women in India don't have a bank account and mobile phones and in the same country, 94% of rape victims know the rapist, one out of two women are raped, ten out of six think they could be born a boy. There should be changed from the perspective of empowered women.

Even in the COVID-19 pandemic there are few incidents came to line light when pregnant women when tested positive COVID-19 was asked to never come home by in-law- family, husband, and her own family, she was abounded because of her health condition if there was a man in her would this happen to him.

Under parents' supervision and guidance, life goes very smoothly after marriage most of the women life's become horrible because of the masculine domination and disrespect given by in-law's place women should be working according to their supervision, Expectations, under their control and demands. Where women self-Esteem, Self-Confidence, and self-reliance are completed forbidden. All married women should respect themselves and dreams high for their aspirations. Even if our family doesn't support us. Women should educate themselves to be bold enough to face all the circumstances which become hurdles to reach their goals. Nevertheless, we are Nation-builders.

Women rise to know your capability, Courage, confidence to make your life best to reach the highest position of your career, leaving behind the discouragement, tontines, trolls which society throughs on you prove yourself to there are much more things to be achieved in your life ahead. Why there are cases of women brutally raped and killed?

Why there are domestic violence's there is a women empowerment?

Why there is a single-parent family where women take care of children?

Why women are not stakeholders of financial matters in the family?

Why does society won't understand the hormonal imbalances health issues seen in women?

Why there is a high mortality rate high during pregnancy?

Why there are divorced women in society?

Why there are married breakdowns after a few months?

Why daughters in the family are not given importance as sons?

Why women are sent for sexual rockets?

Why women are treated as dependents?

Why male domination of females still exist at the place of work and family?

Why women are paid low wages than men?

There are many more such questions that are unanswered when is evident that women's empowerment is not yet achieved.

However, this is a call to all the education women to support the weak poor women to make awareness of their rights. this is our life to live yourself. Its time to you to empower yourself rather looking some to some and empower you.

Finally, women Empowerment is redefined as follows:

A single parent who takes care of children's

A homemaker works for 24/7 for family

A woman who holds a job in her hand

A woman who accomplishes to complete the house-holding chores

A woman who is educated and educate their children for future

Women who contribute her best at the time of sick family members as nurse and care taker and well-wisher.

Women who take care of old age homes or orphanages meeker sections of the society

Women who established as Entrepreneur of the Countries highest GDP

A woman who tries to build a society on height standards.

Therefore. I concluded to make India a country where women can stand head to head with men there is a great need for micro and macro level Women Empowerment.
